What is msg or msm ?

I'm confused I saw one of those words at a chinese fast food place and the other on some product for horses?What is msg or msm ?
Mono Sodium Glutamate, it's a flavor enhancer.
mayb its a sector of a horse that they put in the chinese food yuck
MSG is monosodium gultamate.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) -- also set as methyl sulfone or dimethylsulfone (DMSO2)
