What is a moral course to gain rid of an ear infection?

Yes, I know go to the doctor and catch some medicine, but I don't hold any insurance and don't have any extra money to be in motion to a minute clinic or something like that.
So does anyone hold any advice to something that can relief me, I have have it for like a week in a minute and the last couple of days have been worse and hurting really bleak.
Please only serious answers.

Could try heat up olive oil within the ear canal to soothe.
Though antibiotics would be the safest bet.
